Running Analysis
What to expect
In our running analysis session (75 min) we will do a 10m and a 10m flying speed test. Both tests will be recorded with a high-speed camera.
Then we will start with basic training focus on your individual needs.
After the session you will receive a report with training recommendations.
The analysis costs 1350 SEK (appr. 110 GBP/135 USD/125 Euro) per athlete.
