Our training program is designed for athletes starting from 9 years old who want to get faster.

Though age does play a role in our athletic capability, every athlete wether he is 9 years old or 30 can get faster.

So far so good!

I purchased the program for my 11 year old only a few days ago. Firstly, the process prior to purchase was very good, with Carsten helping me through a lot of the questions and easing my worries. I have been using the program now for a few days, and , while it is too early to say if any improvements are visible, I can say that the exercises are explained cogently and with clarity, making it easy to follow along. Kudos to the team.

Impressive Program with Great Coaching!

Movement are much more fluid

I purchased the course two weeks ago at launch. In a world where everyone promises you everything, I really appreciate the professional and no-nonsense approach here.
