Weekend and Holiday Packages

We offer individual training packages including hotel accommodation at our facilities in Gothenburg, Sweden. All our sessions are 1-1 trainings. With high intensity we can focus on your individual needs and help you to develop.

We cooperate with MVP Performance and Infinity performance and offer football specific technical and strength sessions complementary to the Speed Training.

And if you are not too tired you can use the Indoor Skidome after your sessions. Or you just enjoy the comfort of the Kviberg Park Hotel or relax in the Nordic Wellness Spa area.

Program (3-Day Package):

Day 1    Arrival and check-in

•    First training session
•    Speed - 60 minutes
•    Football Speed or Speed Strength - 60 minutes

Day 2    Morning session

•    Speed - 60 minutes
•    Football Speed or Speed Strength - 60 minutes

             Afternoon session

•    Speed - 60 minutes
•    Football Speed or Speed Strength - 60 minutes

Day 3     Morning session

•    Football Speed or Speed Strength - 60 minutes
•    Speed - 60 minutes

             Check-out and departure

4-Day and 5-Day package with 1 resp. 2 extra days (Program like Day 2)

Included:

• 4/6 or 8 training sessions á 120 minutes
• 2/3 or 4 nights in double room with 2 persons at Kviberg Park Hotel **** including breakfast
• Free Access to Nordic Wellness Fitness Gym
