Två saker som kan utvecklas:

Övningarna är anpassade till gym, väldigt få klubbar har tillgång till detta tyvärr, vissa övningar hade kunnat förenklas för att slippa ”använda” grejer/ tillbehör… Samtidigt behöver klubbarna skaffa bättre miljöer som ger möjlighet för spelarna att utvecklas på bästa sätt…

När de latinska namnen används för att förklara vilka muskelgrupper som aktiveras så blir det rätt hög nivå… Gillar det men hade det gått att ha en bild till texterna med vilken muskel det handlar om. (Medicinsk förklaring) (de som kan namnen på muskelgrupperna på latin, kan säkert redan sätta ihop egna träningsprogram..)

I stort är det ett mycket bra pass! Inspirerande!

Much easier setup and storage than the agility ladders I used before. The equally sized boxes make coordination drills and competitions much more fun.

It is very important to have structure when training this program offers that. The warmups, exercises and drills are great and you are never out of ideas, because you always know what you need to do.

My daughter loves playing soccer, but speed has always been an issue, especially when she started playing 2 categories up, the other girls are taller, faster and more physical.
