New Online Course Released: Advanced Speed Training

We are excited to officially introduce our newest online course: Advanced Speed Training – Reach the Next Level. Designed for athletes between 13 and 16 years old, this program focuses on the most important phase in athletic development — the stage where coordination, movement mechanics, and acceleration can be improved dramatically.

After the success of our Speed Training Program for Kids, many coaches and parents asked for the next step. This new course provides exactly that: a structured training system designed to help young athletes continue developing their speed, movement quality, and athletic foundation.

Why Speed Training at 13–16 Is So Important

Between the ages of 13 and 16, athletes experience rapid physical growth. During this period, the body adapts quickly to coordination training, sprint mechanics, and explosive movements. When trained properly, these skills stay with the athlete for life.

Our Advanced Speed Training course focuses on the key performance factors needed during this stage:

  • Speed frequency and acceleration
  • Mobility and movement efficiency
  • Stability, coordination, and body control
  • Plyometrics and explosive power
  • Proprioception and foot activation

The goal is simple: help athletes move better, accelerate faster, and build a strong athletic base for the future.

Short, Effective Training Sessions

Speed development does not require long workouts. In fact, the best results come from short, focused, high-quality sessions.

Players can easily integrate 1–2 speed sessions per week (20–30 minutes) into their regular football training. This makes the program practical for both individual athletes and team environments.

Structured Training System

Every session in the course begins with a structured warm-up designed to activate the body and prepare it for high-speed movement. The warm-up improves rhythm, coordination, and prepares the lower leg and foot for explosive actions.

The course includes several key warm-up components:

  • Golden 8 activation
  • Mobility exercises
  • Reaction and rotation drills
  • Foot activation

After the warm-up, athletes move into practical speed drills using agility ladders, hurdles, and coordination exercises.

Building the Engine of Acceleration

One of the most important elements of sprint performance is often overlooked: the foot and ankle complex. The foot is the engine that drives acceleration and explosive movement.

That is why this course also includes the digital guide “The Foot”, which explains how athletes can develop stronger, more reactive feet and improve their sprint mechanics.

Designed for Athletes and Coaches

The course is designed not only for athletes, but also for coaches who want to integrate structured speed training into their regular sessions.

All drills follow a practical approach so they can be immediately implemented during team training or individual workouts.

What You Get in the Course

  • Over 60 minutes of structured video training
  • 10 modules including warm-up and advanced speed drills
