The exercises are actually for Beginners, Intermediate and advance players.
You find 5 chapters: Warm-up basics, T1, T2, T3 and plyometric drills.

Warm-up basics and T1 are for beginners.
T2 for intermediate
T3 and plyometrics for advance players
