A certified EXOS Performance Coach and Personal Trainer, Florian specializes in movement-based training, helping athletes develop flexibility, control, and injury resilience. His approach is rooted in practical experience, working with pro athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and teams to optimize movement and performance.

Florian has worked with top brands like Adidas, Lululemon, and Powerbar, sharing his knowledge through training, coaching, and content creation.
