Our two boys 10 and 9 (9 and 8 when they started few weeks back) love it. They are actually on week 6 of the 12 weeks program and will continue with the Speed training for kids program afterwards, which has the same basic philosophy. It is very good programs, very clear instructions and guidance for each exercise. The difficulty levels/challenges increasing just in the right time for the boys to want to learn more. It is simply excellent. After 6 weeks we can already start noticing small changes in how they move on the football field and in other practice sessions as well.
