We have started to offer a custom 1-1 training and mentorship package at an affordable price to serious players.

That means we expand our services and bring an 1-1 online training experience to you. You have Carsten Effertz (Head of Tanner Speed Academy) as your coach and mentor designing your training each week, completely around your specific schedule and needs, using an ever-growing library of exciting exercises to increase your speed and athletic capabilities.

Apart from the personal guidance you will get:

  • Detailed Analysis of your current running style. Evaluating where you can improve, which is the basis for our mentorship program.
  • Analysis and feedback of the video material you are sending us once a week
  • A 1-1 video call every second week with Carsten.
  • Extensive Test structure to measure your progress

Pricing:

  • 3-months: 2249 SEK (appr. 180 GBP/215 USD/200 Euro)

I learned of Tanner Speed Academy via YouTube and have been working with Carsten and his coaching staff on training my son (10 year old football player) for 2 years now. My son plays at elite level of youth soccer in the US, and the agility improvements we've seen thanks to Tanner Speed Academy program are absolutely worth all the effort we've put in so far.

Carsten is a phenomenal mentor with clear passion for developing players, and his coaching staff is top notch, too. We visited them in Gothenburg last year for 1-on-1 in-person sessions, and plan on doing the same again this year, too.

If I could give Tanner Speed Academy 6 stars, I would. Highly recommended, especially for youth players who aspire to play the game at the highest level.

Excellent!

We live near Leeds in the UK. I originally found Carsten on YouTube and was very impressed with his insights and expertise. I signed up my eldest son for an online course which Carsten supported with video analysis and Teams calls. Excellent.

On a trip to visit family near Gothenburg I booked my two sons in for in person, 1:1 sessions with Carsten. Their sessions were fantastic. The facilities are truly world class. Carsten’s coaching was challenging but great fun, ably demonstrating the significant benefits of good technique. He kept my boys fully engaged and enjoying themselves for a solid two hours. They didn’t want to leave. We will be back!

  • How do Online Sessions work?

    After ordering an online session. One of our staff members will get in touch with you, to coordinate the best time for you to train.

  • What if I cannot attend a session?

    That is no problem at all, we can reschedule the online appointment and meet on a diferent date. Just let us know.

  • Online Analysis

    If it is the first time you are training with us, we will provide you with an in-depth analysis of your current status as an athlete and build a training program needed to improve your athletic capabilities.

  • How do you stay in touch?

    When you join the academy, you become part of our team. We take great pride in helping you along your way as an athlete. Worldwide you can reach us via video call, phone and of course email!
