Amna Lihovic, 24 years old. She is founder of A.L Individual Coaching.

Amna is active as both player and coach. As a coach she is part of the Tanner Speed Academy and also working for IFK Göteborg Academy. She plays for Häcken BK Dam div 1 and for the Bosnian A national team.

With Amna we can also offer football speed sessions. In the sessions she focus on playing football and executing every action in the highest possible speed. She transfers the speed into actions with the football.
